Liability and Handling
Waymakers (313) Laundry Service follows strict care procedures for every garment. However:
- Responsibility is limited to the replacement cost of damaged or lost items, up to the service fee amount.
- Claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of item return.
- The company is not liable for pre-existing wear, discoloration, or defects in fabrics.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure all pockets are emptied before submitting laundry.
- Inform staff of any stains, delicate materials, or special care instructions.
- Collect completed laundry within the stated time to avoid storage charges.
Operational Conduct
All customers are expected to use the facilities respectfully. Misuse, vandalism, or unsafe behavior may result in suspension of access to services.
